The Forte di Belvedere and Villa Bardini are currently housing a new exhibition project showcasing original collections of albums, vintage prints and negatives created by women as part of the Alinari Archives.
Over 40 female photographers, from the past and present, help to showcase the origins of photography, the changing world and more. The exhibition spotlights women from different eras, places and societies including Julia Margaret Cameron, Maria Mulas and Giulia Parlato, who is one of the 10 Italian artists showcased.
